Terms of Service

By booking a photography session or using my services, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the session fee is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due one week before the session. All payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars (USD) only.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a rescheduled session if requested at least 14 days in advance. If I don't receive 14 days notice, there will be a $75 rescheduling fee.
• If I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you to find a new date that works for both of us.

Fulfillment Policy

• All sales are final once a session has been photographed and the images have been delivered. Due to the nature of photography services, refunds are not offered. However, my priority is ensuring you love your photos, and I am happy to work with you to address any concerns and make reasonable adjustments where possible.

Photo Delivery & Usage

• Edited photos will be delivered within 14 days via online gallery for a regular session. Wedding galleries will be delivered within 6-8 weeks of the event.
• I retain the copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing them to print and share their photos for non-commercial purposes. Branding sessions do include a commercial license for an additional fee included in those packages.
• Clients may not alter, sell, or use images for commercial purposes without written permisson.

Model Release

• By booking a session, you grant me permission to use select images for marketing, portfolio, and social media unless requested otherwise.

Liability

• I am not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the session.
• While I take great care in storing and delivering images, I am not liable for unforeseen data loss or file corruption.

Agreement

By booking a session with Sami Studios LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

This information is provided voluntarily by you when booking a session, submitting an inquiry, or subscribing to updates.

I use the collection information to:

• Communicate with you regarding inquiries, bookings and session details.
• Confirm and manage your session appointment
• Send updates or respond to customer support requests

I do NOT sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information Disclosure

I may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

• To service providers assisting in booking management, email communication, or website hosting. These providers are required to keep your information secure.
• If required by law, such as responding to legal requests or protecting my business's rights.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. I do NOT collect, store or have access to your financial information. Stripe handles all transactions in accordance with their own security and privacy policies.

Data Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, included:

• Secure storage of collected data.
• Using reputable third-party platforms with built-in security features
• Limiting access to personal data only to those who need it for business purposes.

While I strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have concerns about your data, please contact me.
